Office Manager

OFFICE MANAGER  
The Highfield School (Scholars’ Education Trust)

Grade: H7 
Actual salary at 37 hours: Starting from £27,200
Hours: 37 hrs per week – Term Time + 1 week + INSET Days
Start Date: October

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Highfield School for an Office Manager to manage the dedicated administration team. 

The position would suit an experienced Office Manager or school Admin Assistant looking for the next stage in their career. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, well organised and committed individual with excellent communication and administration skills who would enjoy working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive school. They will line manage the administration team to ensure that they support the school efficiently and effectively; whilst undertaking key administrative roles in support of the senior leadership team and staff.

The Highfield School is an ambitious 11-18 comprehensive school, where all are encouraged to achieve their full potential. If you are appointed you will be required to have an up to date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate. The existence of a criminal background does not automatically mean that you cannot be appointed but it may do so.
